Customers may now track their account activity in real time with UCO Bank Hong Kong's Real time Alerts service. Now receive instant alerts on your registered email ID & mobile number whenever money is credited to / debited from your account. We strongly urge customers to avail this facility to monitor account activity.

Email & SMS Alerts will help customers monitor transactions activity in their accounts with the Bank confirming transactions usually by end of the day.

If you notice any transaction that you did not initiate, you may notify the Bank immediately for investigation.

This service is free of charge for the customers. Standard messaging rates charged by your mobile operator may apply.

Customers have been enrolled to this service and may opt out of the SMS / email Alerts service by visiting UCO Bank Hong Kong branch.

Customers are advised to update their contact details with the branch. Customers are also advised to promptly inform Bank if there is any change in personal details like Mobile, Email, address etc.
